Queue Display Unit:
A number of PABX systems have the ability to display a crude call waiting status for their Queue or ACD facility.

This is achieved by programming a LED on a System Integral Handset.

The states being:-
OFF (no calls waiting)
ON (1 or more calls waiting)
FLASHING (More than a preset number of calls waiting)
